Why do I need a comprehensive eye examination?

People with family history of eye disease and those at risk (e.g. adults aged over 40) are having a higher risk of eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and retinal degeneration. For above members, regular comprehensive eye examinations should be conducted to help detect eye problems early and receive appropriate treatment.
