Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants are not allowed to record, video or photograph the seminar without the consent of EC Healthcare.
2. EC Healthcare has the right to take photographs, video and audio recordings during the course of the seminar and to use these photographs, pictures, audio and video recordings ("Records") in any format, free of charge and without a timeframe, in any media worldwide, including but not limited to press conferences, print advertisements, posters, leaflets and uploading and posting on Facebook pages or other social networking websites or pages for public inspection and download, etc. No payment or remuneration shall be made to participants. The Records are owned by and are the exclusive property of EC Healthcare.
3. Participants confirm that the seminar (if conducted in public view) may be photographed or video recorded by a third party. Before deciding to attend the seminar, participants are reminded of the above and agree that they would not pursue any related complaints against EC Healthcare.
